The complex itself offers a choice of communal pools and the closest (kid’s pool too) is located just 10 metres away from the front door of the house. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens, Monte Alto is a gated community offering enhanced security for its residents, and also plenty of guest parking. On entering the house, past the hall area you arrive in the large open plan living area, with working fireplace to create some cosy winter evenings and a glassed in terrace offering even more extra living space. Outside there is a further terrace for outside dining and garden area – both which are kept immaculately maintained by the Community gardeners. On this floor you will also find a guest toilet, fully fitted kitchen, and an exterior secure utility area. On the first floor, we have two bedrooms, both ensuite with full walls of storage space and wardrobes. On the top floor, we have the 3rd bedroom, ensuite, with fitted wardrobes and two extra storage rooms to house office, toys etc. All the bathrooms in the property have underfloor heating, it is fully airconditioned (hot/cold) and there is a private garage in the basement with space for a large SUV as well as a fully equipped laundry area. What do we love about this house? The space, the quality and the fact that it’s a blank canvas, freshly decorated in a neutral tone ready for it’s new occupants to start to enjoy. The peace and quiet – some of the houses in the complex are just holiday homes and others provide full time residential properties. There are a very few homes within the complex that are rented out to holiday makers but the majority remain private and NO further licences will be issued - ensuring peace and tranquility. Perfect for remote workers, golfers, or young families with children at school in either Elviria, Fuengirola or La Cala. The security – there are electric blinds covering the sliding doors and there are neighbours on both sides of the house. We have keys for very easy viewing and/or video call visits.
