The modern 3 bedroom villa is located in the private, gated complex of Bahia de Banus, 5 minutes walk from Mistral Beach and the Guadalpin Puerto Banus.
The Bahia de Banus villa has a very modern, open and cool feel but yet is still inviting. Perhaps due to the wonderfully large, dark framed windows that draw you in. The dining area, by the open staircase, is an example with an inviting view of the pool.
Flowing through to the left is the kitchen area, with a kitchen bar top for breakfast and then the spacious living room that opens onto the garden/pool. The master bedroom is also located downstairs with outside access. It also has quite a dramatic en-suite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. They both have double beds and both are en-suite, 1 with a Jacuzzi. 1 of the bedrooms has a small balcony access whilst the other a huge window that looks over the stairs/dining area and out through the stairway windows. Also upstairs is a cozy little TV area.
The private garden has outdoor dining with optional shade, 4 sun beds, ‌gas ‌BBQ ‌and ‌of course ‌the ‌wonderful ‌private ‌pool. There is ‌also ‌access ‌from ‌the private ‌garden to ‌the ‌community gardens of ‌Bahia ‌de ‌Banus ‌and ‌the ‌2 ‌pools.
